Directions

*All X Games events are free and open to the public.

Please refrain from bringing the following items into the X Games venues:
-Alcohol, coolers, pets, beach chairs and umbrellas, glass containers, In-Line Skates, Skateboards, and Bicycles(unless your competing). We know you're good but it's kind of a safety thing.
-A skateboard, skate, and bicycle check will be located across the street
-The X Games are wheel chair and ADA accessible.
-The X Games are a nonsmoking event
-See what the great city of San Francisco's Extreme sports village is all about at www.sfxgames.org. It's happening across the street from Piers 30/32 August 17-22nd.

Public transportation is strongly encouraged to all X Games venues. For public transportation information, cal TravInfo at 817-1717 from any area code in the Bay Area.

DRIVING
From East Bay or San Francisco:
From the East Bay, take the Embarcadero exit (first left exit). At the end of the off-ramp turn right onto Harrison, turn right onto The Embarcadero. The X Games will be on Pier 30/32.

From the Peninsula and South Bay:
Take I-280 north to the King Street exit (this is the last exit). You will be on The Embarcadero. Stay on The Embarcadero until you see the X Games on your right at pier 30/32.

From Marin County:
Take the last exit, Marina Blvd. Follow this route to Bay Street. Turn left on Bay Street, go 15 blocks, then turn right on The Embarcadero. Stay on The Embarcadero until you see the X Games on the left at Pier 30/32.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
MUNI Bus 32: Embarcadero stops two blocks north of the venue, MUNI-Metro N-Judah stops within a block of Pier 30/32. MUNI Busses 2,7,8,9,14,21,31,32,66,71: stop at the Ferry Building, 5 blocks north of Pier 30/32.

From East Bay or San Francisco-
BART: People coming from San Francisco or the East Bay are encouraged to take BART to Embarcadero Station and transfer to the MUNI N-Judah line (take the train toward the CalTrain Depot).

From the Peninsula and South Bay-
CalTrain: Take CalTrain to the Fourth and Townsend Station, then take the MUNI N-Judah line to Brannan Street. Pier 30/32 is one block north.

From Marin County-
Golden Gate Ferry:
Take the ferry to Ferry Plaza. Pier 30/32 is about 5 blocks south of the Ferry Building. MUNI 32-Embarcadero also runs between the Ferry Building and Folsom Street.
Golden Gate Transit: Take the (4,10,18,20,38,50,54,60,67,70,72,74,76,78,80,90, or 93) to the Civic Center, then take the MUNI-Metro N-Judah line to Pier 30/32.

DRIVING
From San Francisco
Go west on Fulton, take a right on the Great Highway. Parking is at the bottom of the course in the Ocean Beach parking lots.

From outside San Francisco:
Take local bus service (SamTrans 1F, 5M, 7B, 16F, 18F, 19F, 41F; AC Transit, Golden Gate Transit) to the Transbay Terminal in San Francisco, and then take MUNI 38 Geary bus to BART to Montgomery Station. Take the westbound 38 Geary on Market Street just west of Montgomery Street.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
From San Francisco:
MUNI-Take the MUNI-Metro N-Judah line, then transfer to the #18 at Judah Street and 48th Avenue, or take the ESPN event shuttle running between the end of the N-Judah line and the event venue.
MUNI- Take the Geary from the Transbay Terminal (38 limited makes fewer stops.) MUNI buses 31 Balboa and 5 Fulton stop near the finish line, and the 38 Geary stops near the start line. Golden Gate Transit- #50 to Geary Blvd, then MUNI 38 Geary to the event site.

From San Francisco:
Take Treasure Island exit from Bay Bridge, I-80 (eastbound exit on the right, westbound exit on the left). Parking is limited on Treasure Island, with only a few hundred spaces available.
From outside San Francisco:
Take Treasure Island exit from Bay Bridge, I-80 (eastbound exit on the right, westbound exit on the left). Parking is limited on Treasure Island, with only a few hundred spaces available.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
From San Francisco:
MUNI- From the Transbay Terminal take the MUNI 108 to Treasure Island.
From Outside San Francisco: Take local transit service to the Transbay Terminal at First and Mission Streets in San Francisco, then take MUNI 108.


Skysurfing, August 10th - 13th
Directions to Roche Carneros Estate Winery, Sonoma

Driving from San Francisco:
Take US 101 north 24.6 miles. Continue on ramp at sign reading "CA-37 East to Vallejo/Napa" and go north for 0.6 miles. Continue on CA-37 and go Northeast for 7.1 miles. Turn left on CA-121, Arnold Drive, at sign reading "CA-121 North to Sonoma/Napa" and go north for 2 miles to 28700 Arnold Drive. This will be the Roche Carneros Estate Winery.
