Phil Dolan has showed no signs of slowing his pace as a competitor in 2002. He is a consistent Finals rider. Phil has been competing both with and without brakes, he says "I have two bikes one with brakes one without," which is quite unusual for a competition rider. He placed third in the La Revolution #2 (March 1-3) without brakes and fourth at the EXPN Invitational #1 (April 26-28) with brakes.
